Mike Berding is a licensed appraiser with Berding Appraisals, Inc.  He has been with the company for over 20 years. He has extensive knowledge appraising residential properties and he is FHA certified.  Mike grew up in Cincinnati, OH and is very familiar with all of the counties that we cover. 

He has an associate commercial art degree from Antonelli Art Institute, and has attended the Bill McGrane and Dale Carnegie courses.  In his free time he loves to dance, watch movies and is very active with his church.  He spends some of his free time working at a local theater to further enjoy his love of movies, and he is in the process of writing and filming his own movie.  Mike can be reached at: mike@patberding.com
