Pat Berding is the president and owner of Berding Appraisals, Inc.  He founded the company in 1965 and has extensive experience in appraising commercial, industrial, residential, FHA & relocation properties.   He has been an expert witness for the courts many times.  Pat has received numerous appraisal awards over the years and chaired  the appraisal committee for the local real estate board.  He was a loan officer, underwriter and office manager for 12 years with a local savings and loan company, and he is a former President of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

Pat grew up in Cincinnati, OH and is very familiar with all of the counties that we cover.  He has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Xavier University.  Pat has been married for 44 years, has 7 children and 11 grandchildren.  He loves to play croquet with the kids and grandkids in the front yard.  One of his hobbies is collecting movies, and then watching them in his free time.  Pat can be reached at: pat@patberding.com

Mary Jo Berding started with Pat 40 years ago.  She took some time away to raise 7 kids, but was never very far away.  She now assists in the completion of most commercial appraisals, and handles the bookkeeping.  In her spare time, she babysits the grandkids and especially loves to play cards.  Mary Jo can be reached at: maryjo@patberding.com
