Heading our staff is Sandy Gerde, our office manager.  She worked for us part time for several years and joined us full time in 2004.  She is dedicated to servicing our clients with the best quality in the least amount of time.  She is very detail oriented, and thrives on being busy.

Sandy has been married to Lou for 21 years and has two children, Brittany and Mike.  In her spare time, she plays soccer and volleyball several times a week, and drives long distances to see her daughter play volleyball for Canisius College in northern New York.  She volunteers many hours at St. Simon's church and Oak Hills High School, where her son, Mike, attends high school.
